Quaife Volkswagen 091/02E 2WD DSG ATB Differential (20T Park Ring)
The DSG applications is a little confusing as it really depends on the gearbox rather than the model of Car. The differentials that are fitted to the Volkswagen 02E series duel clutch transmissions (DSG) feature a toothed ring for the Parking brake. There are two different styles of toothed rings that depend on the age of the gearbox. The early gearbox came with a 20 toothed ring and the later gearboxes came with a 25. The customer needs to make sure they know how many teeth they have on their parking brake before ordering. There are 4 types of differentials that we are now going to list. These are:
2WD with 20 Teeth for the parking brake (early) QDF19R. - Coming Soon
2WD with 25 Teeth for the parking brake (late). QDF28R.
4WD with 20 Teeth for the parking brake (early). QDF27R.
4WD with 25 Teeth for the parking brake (late) QDF25R.
